    Russia's , Rosatom ( the worlds largest constructor of nuclear reactors ) is presently negotiating an offtake agreement with MNS for their super jumbo / jumbo flake. This supports your argument that the Chinese nuclear industry may be interested in Triton's graphite. With Minjar being the means to the end.
