A real capitulation where stop losses are hit hard will be triggered if the sp breaks 27c. You can do as KL says and look away and go for a walk but in this situation that is near impossible for most. The buying looks so weak that if not today I'm sure it will just be a matter of time. A big red day on the DOW will speed the process up.
On the other hand what would it take to send the sp above 35c rather than below 20. An almighty SYR level announcement that's what. And very soon. And judging by recent ton announcements this is not as easy as it sounds.
Do the math and decide whether there is more upside or downside and hold until you hit your own stop loss even if that is 20c
