Why go into VA and appoint a company to oversea it at was $650 and hour quoted on here on another thread? So your wondering how your going to pay your bills and you bring someone in to charge you $650 an hour, to tell you you cant but you remove some liability as a director by doing this.
This is finished, there will be nothing of value left, but you may get to have the opportunity to throw in some more funds of the new company.... JMO DYOR.
