Point is that TON is in a Capital Reconstruction that IMO is going to include a Share Register Consolidation.
then nl the bit about
In some ways, it is in "Takeover" mode by the shell game method
that's prompts you to ask who will end up with the shell? and Omega to post an 'answer' if the Glass/Cone is transparent.
Now to work it out, nl you firstly must understand Fully the Terms Capital Reconstruction and Share Register Consolidation along with the patois, double meaning of the shell game when used in the share market.
Google them or something but basically Capital Reconstruction is a parallel to a Float/New Issue whereas a Register Consolidation is a vehicle for attracting new investors
both are 'nice, respectable' words describing a 'Capitulation" a Hostile Takeover move or can be a Defense against that a Hostile TO.
All relies on TON remaining Solvent because NL this new mgt team ain't cowboys, will go into Suspension rather than risk being Directors of an insolvent listed company. they could do 2 years prison farm for that.
Anyhow Who? well who 'pushed' for higgo and baxter to be on the board? same 'entity' as Catlow ?
Who really knows AMG/GK intentions ? Who other than Brad Boyle was at any discussions? so they can brief the new mgt not just leave them with Brad's notes/version ?
See NL it's coming about that apparently Brad's "closest confidant' in Company Matters was the GMP Perth Team at least much more so than the Board itself.
So sorry can't tell who will end up taking over the shell. think you have to DYOR on those concepts.
Widen you FA knowledge etc whatever. The shell game in the ShareMarket is a completely Legal method to 'enforce' the concept of Limited Liability, only can lose what you've speculated etc.
I remember TOX Toxic Industries as one of the more successful Register Consolidations for Capital Reconstruct in that it kept "old holders" still in the Action not diluted into irrelevancy as is common in this Market Dynamic.
But Names it might NOT happen. Requires a sequence of Events.
