I'm not convinced BB is set on this in short term, mainly due to the fees and costs involved but overall if would undoubtedly benefit the stability and predictability of the TON share price and broaden access to global capital markets.

It's very difficult to exploit and manipulate a stock registry when another market across the seas is acting and behaving rationally, sooner than later people overseas start to notice the arbitrage opportunity in the share price and the two become aligned.

I would definitely look to list in UK in future and be selective on who they are placed with there.
