This TON thing is giving us all the shiets (especially me) and management don't give AF which is obvious from their behaviour.
Come January 2021 we're going looking for a new CEO and a few new board members who have the guts to put skin in the game and provide the strength and leadership we need..
We are being sucked dry from our current management and board, our board is like a group of old bowing club members and our CEO is on more money than our PM and does jack shiet!
We need people who have the brains to sell, market, sell, market and bring in the investors.
Jingaling better get on board with a success plan for TON or they can bugger off also..
This is not rocket science.. there is stuff in the ground, it has value, it needs to be dug out, processed and sold!
TON is not the first company to have these challenges or obstacles to get to success.. but the people factor and the effort is the difference between a win or a loss..
ALL. (IMO) In my opinion only!
