if/when TON achieves financing/ begins construction then the TON market cap in this phase will be influenced by SYR market cap.
that is the higher the SYR market cap the more TON SP will rise. I see the increase in SYR as positive.

TON SP is impacted by "the boy who cried wolf" phenomena. three times there have been claims of significant progress about to be achieved in short term that was not been achieved. the market will be skeptical of TON until finance is signed. sadly a different approach where project/finance challenges and next steps were communicated clearly during COVID disruptions could have resulted in TON being seen by wider investment community as a great long term prospect.
