I'm not defending any director but McDonald and Baillieu would have been spitting chips when not too long after they resigned, the Company received an oversubscribed placement of $4M to fund the Nicanda Hill drilling program and in July 2014 the share price shot to 90c on the Glencore rumours. Hopefully none of their so called investor group exited on their "say so" in March 2014 when they resigned.

Asking for price sensitive information to feed a group of inner circle investors is a load of croc and sounds like sour grapes to me.
