In my opinion a truer statement would be this: we expect to supply YXGC 23k tonnes in the first year and grow it at an average rate of 10% per year. If you claim you can do this for 2o years then, OMG, it's an average 100kt/yr over the period.
Contrast this with SYR who have a pilot plant and spherical graphite production facility and have been doing trial production runs since last year, thus slowly giving confidence to end users to make strong contracts.
And GIMP are just that. IMO opinion the only things that come out from their mouths is what was already stuck into them
