Absolutely a pointless discussion, we simply don't know or will ever know what the shareprice may be now without the WGX option appearing, it actually rose after tge announcement ...breifly...
However one thing hasn't changed and that is TON have no income , no binding offtakes , very little cash ,no financing in place and was always going to have to raise more cash .
When your dealing with finding $130M TON will need considerable equity, so there is no good reason for the shareprice to be much different than it is now but there is considerable reason to expect it to be higher if the above gets accomplished...

It's not Management's job to buy shares to support a shareprice , this is a high risk stock and they will have their own personal level of risk aversion and its none of our business...they are allowed to lead their own lives just like the rest of us...the Company will make it, or not,through their personal abilities not their personal financial support..So FAR they have bought us out of administration and given the Company considerable hope for a good future...
