I think you miss the point. Management stumping up their own cash has nothing to do with the money, it's about the message.

Of course the company won't 'make it' just because management provide 'personal financial support', but it signals the market that management are confident in their own ability to deliver TON to production and make a return for shareholders.

Right now they collect a healthy pay packet but have no skin in the game. If TON is such a sure thing and a 'multi-bagger', why haven't they bought on market and backed themselves?

And if management won't publically back themselves why would the market back TON?

TON management expect shareholders to have faith in them by continuing to top up capital in the company, how about they show a little faith in shareholders and do the same.
