I think the expression "the shareprice will look after itself " applies very much in TONs case and any other similar situation...there is very little management can do on a day to day basis with regards to the shareprice while trying to achieve their goals with no income...TON is in a very vulnerable situation and always has been , totally relying on others to decide if the project warrants fronting up with large amounts of cash...you can't force people to invest in your project regardless of how good you think it is or how well you present your case, they will make decisions based on how they see it and in their own time...if Management can pull off the current arrangement then the shareprice will reflect that, if not then it will also reflect that....it's Management's job to find prospective partners and make a convincing case..so far they have a fish nibbling the bait but not yet on the hook..
So nothing wrong with questioning Management but it needs to be done with some understanding of the difficulties involved...it's pointless judging a spec stock on its shorterm shareprice movements, untill agreements are signed the Company has very little value at all ..Management have got us to the doorstep of an agreement that will make or break the Company so IMO judge them on the results of that..
It also needs to be remembered that HC is largely a home for traders who have a completely different set of priorities which are largely in conflict with long-term goals.
It's very obvious prospective partners aren't beating down the doors with offers enabling us to pick and choose who we wished to move forward with,otherwise the issue would be simple and solved a longtime ago.
Personally I'm very confidant the deals will be signed but that in itself means nothing...
