If finance wasn’t announced by end of October this was always going to happen. All you did was sprout you knew something no one else knew. Anyone with a brain had already worked out a delay knowing the wet season was on the way. Covid in Mozambique has caused serious delays. PC had nothing to do with that. You got the year wrong and probably on purpose. You gave PC no choice but put out an announcement on the Monday. Wow what a hero!
