these so called offtake agreements and years of finance is inching closer or moving forward are donkey carrots IMO

looking at how the EU is treating the UK with astrazeneca and vaccines, what a disgrace and simply because the EU never bothered signing a real sales agreement or doing it 3 months afterwards then they suddenly expect to get to the front of the cue with all covid vaccines due their lack of ability to communicate or accountability for their own failings.

well the same thing is happening here, lack of leadership with NO answers, NO actual evidence of factual achievement on finance or developments with top classed assets which remain idle.
