If TON gets confirm off takes and also build a mine processing...

If TON gets confirm off takes and also build a mine processing plant for $200M, the same as SYR, then would we be at the same Market Cap. ? If so, then TON would be well over $1 in MHO. Another way to look at this is if someone paid $1 per share today, then built and operated the mine they would still be well ahead on profits and have the advantage of better logistics and lower risks etc. Todays price does not add up for me but then I am not an expert. I reckon I will hold till we get to a $1 min. or till someone puts up a good case for something else. DYOR
