Has there been any impact on the YX offtake agreement after TON's non-commitment to the JV? Has it been confirmed by the company as still intact?
In the latest presentation there were 3-4 slides on lithium-ion batteries and a slide for Tesla alone, but only a single slide on YX and the expandability of TMG. Does this reflect a change in strategy by management, as TON's focus on the battery market has been very limited to date? It has been largely focused on the expandables market as a differentiator for its product. Spherical suitability has been confirmed but limited.
As YX are a company specialising in expandable products, is the offtake based of the expandability results produced by the company? The announcement does not specify whether the expandable results were from Cobra Plains rock samples, Nicanda Hill samples or Ancuabe samples. Rather, it was bracketed under the "TMG" brand. Did YX sign up for large tonnage specifically from NH, given that not a single still had hit Ancuabe at that stage? If so what are the exact expandable properties of NH concentrate? What are the comparisons between the three deposits? Which deposit is YX expecting to source it's concentrate from?
