IMO the Voice wont break the Indigenous culture of poverty nor will it reduce the welfare addiction, the drugs abuse violence, theft & incarceration rates......just provide Government jobs for the "opinion leader" few.....elite welfare by another name
And this "Custodian" lark needs to be legally analysed , IMO, because the defacto privatisation of estuarine waterways (eg: the stopping of Bara fishing in the NT last week) is simply un-Australian, IMO.
