I don't know why an accomplished professional such as Astrid Raetze would be involved in this. This is also against the backdrop of a very quickly revolving door of (independent) NEDS and CFOs - a huge red flag.
It feels like a backyard family business and is being run like one. Great for them, and well done on building it so far, but why are they listed?
On top of that, absolute silence about the cancelled aircraft deal (how much did they lose in deposits etc., are there legal disputes?) and no quarterly update. With a market cap of less than NTA, the market has already decided what is going to happen...
