These guys are spending cash at a crazy rate. Their refinancing smelt desperate, and if you put the numbers together, their cash bleed has not stopped. They rely on China a lot, and the COVID restrictions lifted just as Lunar new year began. Then they will go into winter, so fresh produce exports will slow down. And as well know, father (or mother, in this case) to son inheritances fail more than they succeed... the sons are there by virtue of being sons, not because of their skills.
Dire times, I'd stay away.
