an arnotts 45gm chocolate bar (rtc @10c from the reject shop)..

bowl of muesli (soaked for 24 hours in milk)..

toast with chicken slice and beetroot.

when married, we would always stock up with fruit and vegies from the markets - and the fruit juicer was working all the time .. these days for fruit juice - watso just tends to buy grape juice

seeing that a 10km walk is mentioned - but the other morning (tuesday - the day that watso totally bypassed - ie no food tuesday ).. watso for the very first time did a 10km walk with 10 litres (ie 10kg) of water in a back pack .

mostly (3 or 4 times a week).. watso will do 4-6km (sometimes 8).. with the back pack - but the other day thought he may as well do a tenner

well watso - thanks for that link where you mentioned some measurements in Post #: 16153428 which were from about 5 years ago..

using the dress makers tape at the opshop - .. present day watso quickly did some measuring - and needed to be done over the clothing .. anyway - then and now

neck - then and now 16 inches

chest - then 43.5 inches - now 42.5 inches (watso was starting to think his man boob bra was a bit too loose fitting)..

tummy - then 42.5 inches- now 40 inches ..

thighs .. then 23 inches - now 22 inches

weight .. then 226lb - now 222 lb

height - then 6ft 1 inch.. lol now 6ft 2.5 inches.. watso has no idea how he measured the 6ft 1 inch - but it is definitely 1.845m .. down from a height of 1.865m (measurement on the door frame - from when measuring the kids as they grew up) .... lol the young lad is now exactly the same height and similar weight (and as ugly) as at the same age as watso.. ie a chip off the old block
