    I read a few diffrent articles saying that they would have to sell the buisness because they couldn't pay back debt. Aussie slang would interpreted that as going under. Don't get me wrong I'm in , and will get a great deal of satisfaction if the deal gets done. I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch though.
