ANZ must lodge another notice re: change of holdings tonight. If the remaining shares with ANZ is still some 24 odd million then expect further delays till these are cleared , however if less than a million then an off market deal has ben done and our days of frustration may finally be over!
My guess is that solamind has not been buying shares but may have facilitated the process. Out of 42 odd million shares owned by Solamind, approx 18 million have been sold (realising approx $5.4 M - which may have been their debt level to Opes). They may get their 24 million shares for facilitation process. The shareholders may have to somehow grant the 18 million options and shares to bring Solamind to its original holding!!!
