Bernanke's speech is on keeping the status quo. However, he indicated that they have the 'tools' to proceed if the situation arises. The fact that the meeting was extended to another day is telling...that is, a proposal might be put out next week.
The price of gold in the after trading hours gives you the answer...expect much, much higher in silver and gold prices with days of retracement and consolidation.
One thing is sure...money is coming into the precious metal stocks which differs from the previous upsurge.
