anthony green was on the 7.30 report - and he basically said that labor could not win. he mentioned something similar a few days ago.
the starting point is that the libs have one more seat than the labs - and will lose seats in tasmania and nsw. the labs will not be able to win seats, to offset the losses... ie gonski
