main course..garlic cream prawns on a bed of rice, and sauteed bok choy in chicken stock and garlic..
For dessert, a cake made with chocolate ripple biscuits, dipped in sweet sherry, then placed biscuit/cream/bscuit/cream etc and covered in cream, sprinkled with mil, chilled..
