    Steak with Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce:

    the family love steak!

    a modern steak is skirt steaks, cut crosswise before serving! the ends are the best. the mid sections are a bit tough. master chef al brown boils it first and then cooks it in a woodfired oven and it is still rare!

    barbecue the steaks on the webber

    -

    serve with chimichurri sauce made with mixing:

    2 cups chopped parsley

    2/3 cup olive oil

    2 to 6 tablespoons lemon / lime juice

    1 to 2 tablespoons minced garlic

    1 to 2 teaspoons crushed chili / red pepper

    Natural rock salt and pepper to taste

    and some of the following if desired:

    1 to 2 tablespoon of coriander root (optional)

    1 to 2 tablespoon of coriander (optional)

    1 desert spoon of ginger (optional)

    A few drops of liquid smoke (optional)

    A small amount of sake (optional)

    A small amount of miso to taste (optional)

    Soy sauce to taste (optional)
