    chicken rice with steak!

    the girls love rice and they are not asian!!

    boil on medium low heat:

    three cups of long grain rice

    in four cups of Campbell chicken stock

    one to two teaspoon of minced garlic

    one to two teaspoon of minced ginger

    a small amount of light soy sauce or salt (optional)
