Farmer Jacks, maybe available elsewhere as well,
snags from DARDANUP butchers.
They'll have TWO labels on them.
Just so much, (actually miles) better than colesworths snags.
Beef are very, very, very good, pork are even better.
Very little fat also, pork ones, need to add fat to pan.
I prefer duck fat or dinki-di lard, [canola (or similar) oil]
if you don't have the first two.
Sausage mince, coated with bread crumbs, very good too.
