well my favourite is in summer when gardens rich & most of it comes from the back yard - just straight margarita make the dough simple flour, water, yeast, salt bit of olive oil.
then i just brush the dough with olive oil & some crushed garlic, fresh tomato slices on top, fresh basil & buffalo mozzarella.
Might throw some prosciutto on top of a few or do something different add blue cheese
I also like pizza with just potato slices & sprigs of rosemary with olive oil & garlic too
In the ones above i don’t use tomato paste - i guess the same as i don’t really like pasta with tomato sauce - just olive oil
Last nights was just easy winter on pitta - it’s a nice pitta can’t remember what its called though - blue & yellow writing it on i think
That had tomato paste, mozzarella, fresh tomato slices, red onion slices, mushroom, red capsicum, tuna, olives bit of dried oregano ... then fresh rocket & bit of olive oil when it came out the oven.... thats it i think ?
