I got me a lump of meat,,took a 4x folded all foil, salt and peppered the meat with lots, then put heaps of wooster sauce in added raw onions and drizzled heaps of tomato sauce on...
wrapped it up as an envelope ` Then put it on the least hot part of grill for 22min.. ` Took out meat,,seared in one each side for 3 min,,adding a little of the natural meat juice that had formed,,
Put the onions amd rest of the juice onto dish, ` had side salad of 20 round beetroots,scoop fulls of fetta, brown olives,and potato salad,,,, ` At half,,and the dog will have the rest for din dins and all it cost was $20.50 ` ate half before doing photo `
