..had to put more onion ..vinegar..sugar..lime juice into the Sambal ..was ridiculously hot.....still delicious
...went to the Asian grocers today after paying a fortune yesterday for dried chillies and belachan in local supermarket....bought a life time supply of dried chillies along with a life time supply of dried anchovies......slowly gearing up for Nasi Lemak.....fried up some peanuts and anchovies to go with tonight’s dinner...
