1.If Bernwanky has been fooling the market & he holds rates, DOW would jump 200-300 points tonight imo.
2. If Bernwanky rises rates by .25 (very likely) market has factored it it & we should rally between 50-150 points.
3. If Bernwanky really wants to slow things down and goes straight for .50 rate rise, DOW will drop around 150-200+
