When I do roast beef now I place on baking paper and the paint with bbq sauce mixed with a teaspoon of minced garlic and sprinkled with diced onion, I then cover with alfoil and cook slow for 6 hours at low temp then uncover and put up temp and brown for last 40 minutes..
