for me it's still in a downtrend channel



with next real support at 60.00 - and we know the reserve will intervene then as well

however, the mining index is slightly positive, and the FTSE is up, as are the DJIA futures, which bode well for the AUD - as if mining stocks improve, so does the AUD

I'm going to wait to see if it what happens in about 40 min from now, when it reaches the end of that channel, I'll probably take a small short as insurance (and look for down till about 620), then if it holds or trends up through the top of that channel, I'll swap long straight away (and look for 6960)
