That is not enough for me.
I wish to have the whoel options for NC cancelled for his poor judgement and trying to bark at his masters.
All the directors's salary entitlements cut down to zero for two years. Oh just toss them a dollar to redeem themselves. Failing which the new board should institute actions to recover the entire expenses including Tradezmans legal expenses from their (or family) estates.
I will consider their dues repaid then.
