No dampener intended however if (hehe) the Oppies were resurrected i would expect them to be issued at market price…..So if you want "D" oppies buy them on market today at .007.
Conspiracy theory…..Perhaps that is what all the hoopla is about……..Maybe someone has a heap to sell…..
