Indonesia is the biggest most corrupt country in the world. How many people get blackmailed there when on holidays by scams they have with local police with planting drugs or entrapment with a drug offence, it's more widely spread than released in the media. Least we not forget Shapel Corby... A drug smuggler, but yet does she sit on death row? Actually no she was paroled and was living in Bali with an Indonesian boy friend who was well known to be a drug dealer. But lets not dwell on that, any foreign drug dealers get the death penalty in Indo, especially if your not muslim. So it's fine to execute drug smugglers not dealers ? Define the difference! It's also fine to release the Bali bombers and not execute them after hundreds of lives were lost... Indo's corrupt legal system and government needs a kick in the a$$. I have no time for drug smugglers they knew the rules, but the Indo legal system is a joke, death penalty for murders like the Bali bombers YES !! life in a stinky Bali jail for drug smugglers YES !! Just make the judgement for all cases the same not hide the cases who have the deepest pockets to bribe their way out.... Fancy rumours of the Judges asking for money to reduce their sentences from death to life, NO !!! that wouldn't happen in the Indo's legal system now would it ??? lol. And for the illegal boat people that come here with the help of corrupt police and government officials on the take, what $$ value did it cost Australia for the Indo government to help close the door to people smugglers? This country needs to grow some balls and make tougher political stands instead of being politically correct wimps... Indo takes no crap from other countries, about time Australia did the same, especially with these friggin terrorists that find their way through Indo and other ways entering this country collecting the dole living a free easy life with handouts whilst our pensioners and teenagers struggle to get jobs or a decent amount of money to survive on... Australia wake up....
