If we had capital punishment in Australia, and we had the tsunami, and Indonesia provided us with a large sum, then one of their citizens trafficked drugs from her trying to go to Indonesia, only for the Indonesian president to tell us we have received lots of money so should keep their citizen alive, and not abide by our own laws, how would you respond?
