While Im certain we all wish him well Im afraid he doesn't qualify as a saviour, particularly as he has as you say exiled the wise men to Manus Island and compassion does not appear to be inherent in his actions and vocabulary. Labor has similarly gone down the same harsh road for the three wise men so they also are lacking in the compassion brigade.
