That's an interesting argument from Abbott - just wants to go ahead Northern Beaches Tunnel without costing or a business case ?
He also argues this project hasn't proceeded because both Labor State and Federal govts
... wait hasn't there been a combined Liberal State and national govt for many years now - sounds like just an excuse to me
