Replacement PM Morrison is paying lip service to Paris while the Abbott cohort push for underwriting of investment in 27/7 coal fired power stations, maybe through the Federal Government owned Snowy Hydro.

Abbott and co got rid of Turnbull and are working on re-invigorating the coal push.

So they can stay in Paris and ignore the associated commitment.
