Now that has to be one of the funniest things I have heard in ages.
" circumstances changed"
So a new minister after the election, Tony wins his seat, Manly miss the finals, his next door neighbour gets a dog? Either the Paris agreement is worth having, or it isn't.
In the same way Abbott is a either a morally bankrupt narcissist or a complete fool.
Probably the first, but perhaps I am wrong, could be both.
