Excellent, and logical point. No more welfare recipients from the Middle East, unless they agree BEFORE they arrive on our shores, to abide by our rules and social mores, and keep their birth rate to two children per couple. And agree, that if they don't speak English, they must attend a course in our lingua franca from the moment they arrive. No excuses, no exceptions.
