When governments become a"closed book" that is the hallmark of an arrogant government that does not want to be accountable for its actions.
Its certainly a hypocritical government when in Opposition they wanted and demanded total transparency from Government but in Government they hide behind a cloak of secrecy. Its not good enough and a dangerous precedent in this country.
