Ben, Labor may be on the nose but dont let your nonsense get in the way of truth. Abbott may currently rate higher than Gillard but he is still one very unloved bod by the electorate. He is in the box seat, by default rather than intellect or good grace imo.

Still to have such a poor prospect of an Opposition Leader but likely to win the election anyway reflects just how bad the Labor leadership also is.

Australia deserves better than what is offered by both Gillard and Abbott.

by the way your comment "Abbott wears the trousers" only emphasises the reasons Abbott has been so unpopular for so long. He comes across as a man living in the past where men ruled the roost and women were not treated as equals.

Unfortunately the price of Labors disunity will be Tony Abbott and some of his lol deferred retirees winning the next election.

This thread header is a laugh as its posting only highlights that abbott has never done a good interview let alone an outstanding one. Its all pre arranged scripted stuff, as unscripted he could descend into head nodding mode and reflect the real stumbling and erratic person that is Tony Abbott. Just my opinion of course.
