You can have as many women as you want, but that may not make things better. The lefties are always flapping on about having more women as if that will magically fix something. How are the Teals going these days? Does anyone know what they stand for and what they have achieved? It's talent and experience that counts, not gender imo. Take a look at the women in the Labor Party. It seems they are as hopeless as the men. The larger problem is the party itself. If we look at the Democrats in the US, it is full of race-picked gender appointees who are driving the blue states into the ground. Its the wrong way around sorting out real issues. It can make things worse. Its false bigotry, and we are better off Picking the best person for the job. If that is a women, so be it. Getting bullied into picking people for the wrong reasons is dumb. It's typically left-wing idiocy.
