The worst,and most blatant, back flipper ever hoisted upon the Aussie public, was Julia's 'There will never be a Carbon Tax under my Government'. It will take the ALP, at least two electoral cycles, to live down such a blatant and outrageous lie.
As the old saying goes 'Julia had more front than Myers'. But she didn't realise, at the time she made this declaration,that the majority of the electorate (well at least the NON labor voting electorate), is not stupid.
