IMO the list you provided can easily be drawn from Tony Abbott's past performance, utterances & associations.
IMO you could add a fair bit more to that list including: even more support for religious & other private schools, increased spending on weapons sourced overseas, further commitment to problematic global conflicts, a return to Howard Govt. levels of 'public interest' advertising, repaying favours to mining interests, ...
As for where Abbott would find savings, IMO it's fair to assume that he would follow the lead of his much admired mentor: cuts to public school education, cuts to Health, halting infrastructure programs, ... he might even increase his mentor's GST.
Until Abbott does something to persuade us otherwise the story such lists paint will haunt the electorate & cast a shadow over Australia's future. Please surprise me tonight Tony by metamorphing into something different from the grim reaper!
