    Until ZFX get full control of AGM, the ZFX cash cannot be used by AGM unless AGM "purchase" the cash by a share issue or ZFX loan the money to AGM in a commercial sense. While ever AGM is seperately listed on the ASX, ZFX cannot transfer money to them unless by normal public entity processes.
