Valid point, if it was a statement to show that he wasn't performing than they would have simply moved him on. Making him redundant means that the role no longer exists. So what does that mean for Brainchip now? Are they now taking a different approach? Is there going to be a team or department taking on the extra workload? Are they going external? Maybe an audit and reassess? Who knows, but hopefully this is a positive move and the precursor for some positive news.
